Discounted healthcare program that allows uninsured South Park residents access to medical care. Charges based on sliding-scale fees.

Prescription Assistance Program

Program to assist uninsured and underinsured residents to afford their prescription medications.

Pharmaceutical Prescription Assistance Programs

Women’s Health Outreach

Referral program for annual health exams for income qualified women, ages 40 -64, including any needed pap smears or mammograms. $25 annual exams for low-income residents ages 21-39. Free annual exams for young women ages 13-21.
