New Grant received from The Colorado Health Foundation

The Colorado Health Foundation(TCHF) has awarded Rocky Mountain Rural Health(RMRH) a grant to support “South Park Rural Health Sustainability.” We thank TCHF for their continued support and trust in what RMRH is doing to help the citizens of the South Park region of Park County. The Colorado Health Foundation is to be commended for reaching out to small rural areas to insure sustainable, quality health care is available to the community.Thank you Caring for Colorado

New funding from Caring for Colorado(CFC) has been received.  CFC continues to support our mission “to improve the physical and mental health of South Park residence.” With their help and support, RMRH is able to provide several medical programs to help so many in the South Park region of Park County.  Thank you, Caring for Colorado, for your belief in the work that Rocky Mountain Rural Health is doing to provide sustainable and quality health care to our small rural community.

THANK YOU SUMMIT FOUNDATION

The Summit Foundation has recently awarded a grant to Rocky Mountain Rural Health (RMRH) in support of a CardioPlus awareness campaign including a health fair, ongoing education, and testing program. Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death and disability in Colorado and this program seeks to help men and women recognize risk factors and improve their heart health.  Rocky Mountain Rural Health and the community thank The Summit Foundation for their tremendous support.

THANK YOU CARING FOR COLORADO FOUNDATION

The Caring for Colorado Foundation has recently awarded a grant to Rocky Mountain Rural Health (RMRH) in support of access to Health Care services in our Community.  The Caring for Colorado Foundation has long been instrumental in helping RMRH with our mission “to improve the physical and mental health of South Park residence.” The Caring for Colorado Foundation grant funding has made possible many health related training programs, as well as helping uninsured and underinsured individuals and families in our community receive the medical health care they need.  Rocky Mountain Rural Health, and the community, thank the Caring for Colorado Foundation for their continued support.

THANK YOU TO THE EL POMAR FOUNDATION

Rocky Mountain Rural Health (RMRH) recently received a grant from the El Pomar Foundation for funding to bring dental vans to our community.  The El Pomar Foundation funded this dental program for us last year and so many boys and girls had their dental work taken care of.  The children call it “The Bus Dentist” and more children will have their dental needs met again this year, thanks to the El Pomar Foundation.  Rocky Mountain Rural Health and our community sincerely thank the El Pomar Foundation for helping meet the medical needs of the children in our community.

Thank You to the Denver Metropolitan Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure

Rocky Mountain Rural Health was just awarded a grant from the Denver Metropolitan Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure to be used for Expanding Breast Health in Park County.  They are to be commended for reaching out to small rural areas such as ours to make sure uninsured women in our community receive the screenings and treatment support so vital to their breast health.  We are proud to be a part of working with the Denver Metropolitan Affiliate in the fight against breast cancer.
